In addition, Jiu jitsu 5:45

Here we are again monday was great but today has to be better …More focus more intensity more sweat …This system is unique in the world of Wing Chun we have proven ourselves in battle on all platforms many times over Traceys recent successes just highlight that even more ..,but it doesnt come easy it requires dedication self sacrifice and discipline …You may never compete in those arenas but i tell you what ..You have fought …Every belt you earn requires the same dedication sacrifice and discipline …Every grading is a battle every belt  the trophy ..So tonight we push …Dont miss it ….Also i have penned  an overview of the  history of Wing Chun…Its  not the fable…Its a different story of how our system became the animal it is today…keep an eye out for it …See you on the mat Sifu

Hi all ..What a great week of training with a big finish on saturday…This week as promised is foundation drills and skills …When i was competing i was constantly being asked what was my secret?…Why was i getting a different and better result than others..There was no secret i simply did more foundation work than anyone i know…And it was never boring or monotinous for me …I thrived on it …For me every rep and every workout got me that one step closer to my goals…So i was happy to do it..I was once told as a youngster …You can only build your skills as high as your foundation is deep ..I have always lived by that…So this week we climb the mountain…See you on the mat ….Sifu
