Great effort last night everyone..Went a bit further with crazy combos…further again tonight plus forms especially  chum kil and bil jee…New warm up/ conditioning….And weapons at the end for those qualified to do so…Something for everyone …Dont forget big chi sau workshop on Sunday the 15th sept @ 11am allow for the day ..This will be the most detailed study of chi sau ever !! proceeds will buy us a new wooden dummy…The event will be on facebook within 24 hrs..
