BJJ Tonight, Wing Chun Friday and Kids Classes Start Next Week.

Tonight’s (Thursday) BJJ theme is “Turtle vs King”, we will be attacking or defending the Turtle position – see you at 6pm

Mayur is taking Friday’s 6:30pm will be flow drills and cross arm sparring.

NEXT Saturday is the first of the weekend all-ages kids classes. Next Wednesday is the first of the Kids under 8’s at 4:15pm and 9yrs+ at 5:10pm. If you’re using active kids vouchers, start sending them in now.
