Great Class Planned for Tonight!

Aren’t they all though? Seriously, Sifu has a great foundation class planned for tonight. We touched on it yesterday in the 6pm class and will be expanding on it today so hope to see you all in.

This weekend we are painting the school and are still looking for volunteers, so if you can help please let us know by either emailing, texting, or putting your name down on the list at reception.

Hope you all had a great Easter break! We know many of you are still in holiday mode with your children but great to see you still keeping up with your training.

Quick reminder, all lunch classes are 45mins but you can stay before or after to do your own training.
