Class Tonight with Vadim 6:30pm and Kid’s Grading Tomorrow at 11am!!

Today’s lunch class is Sparring with Adrian,  then tonight at 6:30pm it’s trapping hands, cross arm sparring drills, movement with striking techniques big gloves 16oz or 12oz.

Kids grading tomorrow. Lots of stripes to give out and some inspirational new belts to be earned.
