Classes today are:

4.30pm Over 10’s Junior Martial Arts Program
6pm BJJ:

– Leg Grab Rollover Sweep
– Double Hooking Sweep
– Foot in Bicep Sweep
– drinks/snacks at the Atomic Brewery is planned afterwards.

Tomorrow you can look forward to:

12.15pm Wing Chun
6.30pm Wing Chun
