BJJ, BOXING FOUNDATIONS AND TEENS CLASS

Everyone planning to grade this Saturday is looking great, awesome work and effort.

BJJ is on at the usual time of 6pm tonight. See you then.

Afterwards is Boxing Foundations at 7.15pm.

And before BJJ is the Juniors Over 10’s class at 4.30pm.
