Hey guys and girls!
As you all hopefully know by now, we are moving the Kwoon…it’s a bit weird just celebrating 30 years, then days later picking up the keys to a new location, but it’s also exciting.
Classes are on as usual this weekend! So be sure to come in for the final Saturday sessions here tomorrow…then there is only 20 classes to go… Next weekend all classes cancelled as we will be moving. And I doubt that we will be ready for BJJ Sunday, but will post on Facebook if by some miracle we are!
Below are some maps of where we are moving to in relation to where we are now…walking, driving and parking.
Over the next week we will be moving what we can, and what will have little impact on the running of classes and your training. The big move will be on Saturday 13th August, and depending on how we go, possibly Sunday too.
We will need two crews to help with the move, one for Surry Hills and one for Redfern. We will be getting trucks but if you have a ute or van that will certainly help us out.
The lockers are coming with us, if you could clean out your locker before the move that would be much appreciated. If you simply can’t, then we will be bagging and tagging contents of the lockers which will then be restocked once we settle in.
There will be a sign in sheet for helpers. Please put your name down if you will be helping on the day, so we will have a clearer idea of how to run the day.
Not everything will be perfect yet!! That will take some time.
