Private Lessons with Sigung Rick Spain
Sigung (Grandmaster) Rick Spain is a 50+ year veteran of the Martial Arts. Representing Australia in one of the worlds first series of international MMA tournaments and winning the World Middleweight Title.
He instructs in Wing Chun Kung Fu, Boxing, BJJ plus Fitness and Nutrition.
Sessions can be one-on-one or shared amongst 2-4 friends.
His services can be covered with NDIS funding.

With over 50 years Martial Arts experience and over 45 years experience in Wing Chun Kung Fu, topics can also include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Competition Prep, Grading Prep, Diet and Nutrition, Weight Training.
WHAT WE DO IN YOUR SESSION
Once we establish your goals, assess your current level of fitness and agree on a plan for your progression. You may choose one on one private sessions, or if you wish to train with a friend or friends Sigung can accommodate up to 4 people per semi-private training session.
WHAT TO WEAR TO THIS CLASS
Light casual training gear is acceptable. As you progress you will eventually require a traditional uniform – unless you are only training in fitness/weights/nutrition, in which case normal gym attire is suitable.
WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS
Towel and a water bottle.
16 oz gloves and other protective equipment will be a requirement as you progress and/or determined by your goals and training plan.
