A Martial Artist at their best, is an all-round athlete. Semi-Private Classes will build on your strengths and weaknesses in all relevant training aspects of Martial Arts training.
Initially we talk about your goals, assess your current level of fitness and agree on a plan for your progression. You may choose one on one private sessions, or if you wish to train with a friend or friends we can accommodate up to 6 people per semi-private training session.
Light casual training gear is acceptable. As you progress you will eventually require a traditional uniform.
Towel and a water bottle.
16 oz gloves and other protective equipment will be a requirement as you progress.
