Have you always had this crazy notion of training in Kung Fu but never followed through? You’ve been going to the gym and are tired of lifting weights and the group fitness classes are just tedious and over-hyped…and you’re not really learning anything useful anyway. Or you have studied a martial art in the past and life got in the way, or you found it didn’t work in a real life situation…when you really needed it to.
We love crazy notions for starters….and we love Kung Fu, so if you want a new space to call home then this is for you. We do have a basic gym set up, so when you get the urge to lift it’s there, but we have the history and the experience to deliver real skills in classes where you will get your strength, cardio and flexibility training all taken care of.
